These terms govern your use of www.getthatjob.online and any CV writing, career coaching or job application service you purchase from us (“Services”). By booking a consultation, placing an order or otherwise engaging us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
GetThatJob.Online provides resume and CV writing, LinkedIn profile writing, career and interview coaching, salary negotiation coaching, and a done-for-you job application service, for professionals based in or targeting roles in Singapore and ASEAN. Enquiries: keith@getthatjob.online.
Package inclusions, pricing and turnaround are set out on our Pricing & Process page and the individual service pages for CV Writing, Coaching and the Job Application Service. Those pages form part of these terms for any order you place.
To deliver a good outcome, we rely on you to:
Fees are payable upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing. Monthly Job Application Service plans renew each billing cycle until cancelled. All prices shown are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and exclude any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Where a package states a money-back guarantee, it applies as follows:
To request a refund under a guarantee, email keith@getthatjob.online within the applicable window. Refunds are assessed based on reasonable use of the service — for example, having received and reviewed a completed CV draft.
We put genuine effort into every CV, application and coaching session, but we cannot and do not guarantee that you will receive an interview, a job offer, or any specific salary outcome. Hiring decisions are made by employers, not by us. Our guarantees above relate to service quality and effort, not to employment outcomes.
Where our Job Application Service applies to roles for you, you remain in control: you choose which roles to pursue, and you attend any resulting interviews yourself. We do not accept job offers, negotiate contracts, or make binding commitments to employers on your behalf without your explicit instruction.
Once paid in full, you own the final CV, cover letter and other materials we produce for you. We retain the right to use anonymised, non-identifying examples of our work for portfolio or marketing purposes unless you ask us not to.
We treat your career materials and any information you share with us as confidential, and handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You may cancel a monthly Job Application Service plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. One-time CV writing and coaching packages cannot be cancelled once work has commenced, but remain subject to the money-back guarantee terms above.
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, our total liability to you arising from these terms or the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant Service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of income or missed opportunities.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
