PERSOL’s Singapore Salary Guide 2026/2027 finds employers careful about headcount and pay rises but competing for people who can support AI adoption, cloud and cybersecurity work. It puts monthly base pay at roughly S$6,000 to S$12,000 for AI engineers and S$7,000 to S$15,000 for cybersecurity managers, with healthcare and sustainability roles also in demand.
