MOM to widen tracking of how AI-driven job redesign affects workers

In a written parliamentary reply, MOM said its AI survey measures firm-level effects such as job redesign, new AI roles and redeployment, but not individual workers’ experiences. Under the Workforce Development Grant (Job Redesign+) it tracks wages and job retention, and it plans to expand the indicators it uses to monitor AI’s impact on workers.
