Bookings and Consultations

Consultations booked through this site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions with reasonable notice.

Payment and Refunds

Package prices are as published on our Pricing & Process page, and the scope of work is confirmed with you before work begins. All paid packages are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Written deliverables (CV, cover letter, LinkedIn profile and company research reports) include 2 revision rounds within 30 days.

Limitation of Liability
