· Keith Kwai
On 14 October, Ubisoft said it plans to cut about 70 positions at Ubisoft Singapore as it restructures the studio to match upcoming production needs, while keeping the studio as part of its global production network. The same announcement covers a proposed closure of Finland-based RedLynx affecting about 52 staff, subject to Finnish change negotiations. Ubisoft Singapore has led work including Skull and Bones and Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced; the company said it would support affected employees through the process.
