A Singapore National Employers Federation survey of 1,000 employers, released on 30 October, counted nearly 3,000 uses of AI in HR, with a person confirming the final decision in 85% of them; most of the rest were high-volume tasks such as resume screening and skills tests. Adoption was higher at firms with over 200 staff (81%) than at SMEs (65%), and at the same event Acting Manpower Minister Jasmin Lau said the Government is reviewing its schemes to give more support to graduates and retrenched mid-career workers.
