In Singapore, a junior hire typically closes in 4 to 6 weeks, a mid-career professional in 8 to 12 weeks, and a senior or specialist role can run 3 to 6 months once you factor in notice periods and panel scheduling. The single biggest variable isn’t the market — it’s how targeted your applications are. Candidates who apply broadly with one generic resume almost always take longer than candidates who apply narrowly with a resume tuned to each role.
