Delivery is 3–5 business days for the Essential CV and CV + Cover Letter, 5–7 business days for CV + LinkedIn, and 7–10 business days for the Complete Package, from the point we receive your completed intake form. If you need it faster, message us on WhatsApp and we will do our best to accommodate.

No. Singapore employers do not expect a photo, and most ATS systems cannot process them. Including one wastes space and can raise bias concerns at multi-national companies. Leave it out.

Use it to explain why you want this specific role at this specific company, how your background addresses their actual problem, and what you bring that the resume alone cannot convey. If your cover letter reads like a summary of your resume, rewrite it.

Be brief and factual. Employers care less about the gap itself than about what you did during it and whether you are ready to contribute now. If the gap involved caregiving, freelance work, upskilling, or health recovery, state it plainly in one line. Never fabricate dates. A strong resume that follows the gap matters more than the explanation of it.

Wait until the employer raises it, or until you have an offer. If asked for your expected salary early, give a researched range based on MOM salary data and your target role level. Never anchor too low — it sets the ceiling for any negotiation.
