Singapore recruiters expect a resume in reverse-chronological order, no photo, no date of birth or marital status, and a short summary at the top instead of an objective statement. Nationality and work pass status can go in a single line near your contact details — recruiters look for it, so don’t make them search.
The first page carries the weight. A recruiter typically spends under 10 seconds deciding whether to keep reading, so your most recent, most relevant role and your strongest quantified achievement need to be visible without scrolling.
